The Intro Classes will take place every Sunday at 12:30 pm. However, due to Coronavirus situation we are postponing the next / first class of the series. New start date is still to be determined. Please stay tuned by filling out the form below. We will let you know when we feel it makes sense to re-start this program.
FAQs
Q: What should I come dressed in?
A: You can also just come to the classes in comfortable gym / yoga clothes (sweatpants and a t-shirt are enough). The traditional martial art uniform can be optionally purchased from us for an additional $30. You are also welcome to bring your own martial arts uniform if you own one already.
Q: Are there any age limits?
A: This particular Beginners Program is meant for adults 18+. However, we can accommodate kids as well (the Youth class at discount price) - please fill out the Sign Up Form below and we will let you know what your options are.

There is large public parking lot behind the Summer St Laundry building (which is right across the street from the Dojo).
Parking there and street meter parking is free after 6pm and on the weekends.
